SPR# NBRR8A8U7D - Addressed a problem where mousing over calendar entries in the
standard client will show the wrong date if the calendar invitations fall within a period of time that DST rules have changed on the operating system, but have not been appropriately updated on the JVM. Java agents which utilize time zone classes in their logic will also not function properly, if they are performing date/time calculations in the impacted zones.
